Carrara is a classic white marble quarried in the famed Carrara region of Tuscany, Italy, an area renowned for producing some of the world’s most iconic natural stones since Roman times. This is considered normal:

• Veining pattern and intensity: Acceptable in varied forms; each slab is unique.
• Ghiacciolo (quartz clusters): Acceptable and part of the stone’s natural identity.
• Taroli (small pits): Acceptable if less than 5mm in size and not overly concentrated.
