Verdi Cristallo is a striking natural quartzite sourced from the mineral-rich regions of China, . Verdi Cristallo is distinguished by its subtle mix of forest greens, soft greys, and golden undertones.  This natural variation gives the stone an organic and exotic aesthetic, ideal for creating soft, statement surfaces.

Due to its natural formation, Verdi Cristallo may display occasional inclusions, veining variations, or mineral bursts — unique crystalline patterns formed under intense pressure and heat. These features may include fine fissures, colour clouds, or embedded pockets of translucent quartz that shimmer subtly in the light.

These natural markings are not defects, but rather are considered evidence of the authenticity and uniqueness of the stone. As with all natural materials, minor visual differences are to be expected and celebrated.

This is considered normal:

• Mineral inclusions: Acceptable in varying shapes and intensities; they enhance the character of the stone.

• Surface fissures or pattern shifts: Acceptable provided they do not compromise structural integrity.

• Colour movement and veining: Expected and inherent to the natural beauty of  Verdi Cristallo quartzite.

Another feature that can appear in Verdi Cristallo are ‘taroli’, which are small craters on the surface of the marble and are the natural result of the crystallisation of calcium carbonate. It can be up to several millimetres in diameter.
