Superwhite is a classic white marble quarried in the famed Carrara region of Tuscany, Italy, an area renowned for producing some of the world’s most iconic natural stones since Roman times. This marble is characterised by a light to medium grey veining that gently flows across a clean white to pale grey background, offering a soft and harmonious appearance.

• Veining pattern and intensity: Acceptable in varied forms; each slab is unique.

• Ghiacciolo (quartz clusters): Acceptable and part of the stone’s natural identity.

• Taroli (small pits): Acceptable if less than 5mm in size and not overly concentrated.

Natural characteristics may include ghiacciolo (ice-like) quartz crystal patches, taroli (small surface craters), and subtle veining shifts — each a hallmark of the stone’s authenticity and geological formation.
