Tessellating: This is a special service done by hand, where a tile is cut into fingers & then glued onto a mesh backing. This makes it a very effective & unique feature, which is easy for your Tiler to lay. Component pieces also have a small bevel to the cut edges, which enhances the hand-made appeal. This process can be used on porcelain tiles, some ceramic wall tiles & marble products. You can choose the length & width of your fingers. These are especially suited for use around a curved bath or round pillars. The finished look can be enhanced by using a grout in a contrasting colour (eg. Chocolate tile with white grout). |
